Processing Times

All product is handcrafted in small batches on our family farm. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and packaged with care. During busy seasons or product restocks, processing times may be slightly longer, but it is our goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS or UPS. Shipping is a flat fee of $6.99.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our tallow balms are made with natural ingredients and may soften during warm weather. If your balm arrives soft, simply place it in a cool area for a short time to restore firmness. This does not affect product quality.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Barn 1912 is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and made with natural ingredients, we are unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace the item or issue store credit.

If you received the wrong item

Mistakes happen — if we sent the wrong product, we’ll make it right immediately. Email us with a picture of what you got instead, and we’ll send the correct item at no cost.

Allergy or Sensitivity Notice

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We cannot accept returns due to personal sensitivities, but we’re always here to help you choose the best product for your skin.
