Given the perishable nature of our products we are not able to accept returns, but should your product arrive damaged or with defect please reach out to us so we can find a solution.

Summer temperatures can cause tallow to become liquid and loss its whipped consistency. This does not impact the quality or effectiveness of tallow balm. Therefore, we will not replace product if it loses its whipped texture.
